Aufgabengebiet

• IT Team Leadership: Build and manage a 10-person team, handling hiring, training, and development.
• Manufacturing Digitization: Drive digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation in manufacturing.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy, quality standards, GDPR, and environmental regulations.
• Strategic Technology: Align IT strategy with business goals and articulate a clear technology vision.
• IT Governance: Create and enforce IT policies and processes for effective resource management and service delivery.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, ensuring security and reliability.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and manage a cybersecurity strategy to protect digital assets and data.
• Data Management: Develop and maintain a central data repository with robust data governance and analytics.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with tech vendors and partners to maximize value and keep up with trends.
• Budget Control: Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost management.

Anforderungsprofil

• Experience: 10-15 years in IT management, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Technology Strategy: Track record of aligning tech strategies with business goals and driving digital transformation.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing IT budgets and controlling costs.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Technology Trends: Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
• Governance and Compliance: Understanding of IT governance frameworks and industry regulations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Language: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications like ITIL or CISSP are a plus.
