Aufgabengebiet
- IT Team Leadership: Build and manage a 10-person team, handling hiring, training, and development.
- Manufacturing Digitization: Drive digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation in manufacturing.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy, quality standards, GDPR, and environmental regulations.
- Strategic Technology: Align IT strategy with business goals and articulate a clear technology vision.

Anforderungsprofil
- Experience: 10-15 years in IT management, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Technology Strategy: Track record of aligning tech strategies with business goals and driving digital transformation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing IT budgets and controlling costs.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Technology Trends: Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
- Governance and Compliance: Understanding of IT governance frameworks and industry regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Language: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like ITIL or CISSP are a plus.
