Our client is Looking for an experienced Incident Response & Security Engineer to strengthen the team in Basel.
Aufgabengebiet
- Detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents to ensure swift recovery and minimal disruptions
- Customizing and implementing the IS incident and crisis management program tailored to different business units
- Leading forensic investigations to uncover root causes and providing reports to support strategic decision-making
- Developing and executing penetration testing and vulnerability scanning programs to mitigate risks
- Implementing and managing cyber threat intelligence to strengthen defense capabilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure preventive measures are in place and continuously enhancing security standards
- Promoting a strong safety culture by adhering to and disseminating best practices across business units
Anforderungsprofil
- Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience with cybersecurity training
- Extensive experience in incident response, offensive security, and forensic analysis for complex challenges
- Skilled in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, forensic tools) and cyber threat intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical skills, effective under pressure, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Clear communicator of technical information across all levels; team-oriented with a proactive learning approach
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
