Tasks
- Manage the necessary approval procedures and legal acquisition processes for our Energy Import Hub, overseeing all permitting procedures to ensure compliance.
- Take charge of regional planning and planning approval procedures, including the commissioning and management of companies involved in the procedures (engineering subcontractors, experts, etc.).
- Organize and facilitate appointments with authorities and notified bodies, serving as the central interface of TES to liaise with these parties.
- Monitor the performance of external experts and planning offices/subcontractors, ensuring their adherence to project requirements.
- Prioritize and ensure HSE protection (Health, Safety and Environment) during the planning and construction phases of energy projects, working to establish and maintain a safe working environment.
- Actively participate in external and internal working groups related to permitting, environmental compliance, and energy project development, contributing to industry knowledge and best practices.
Profile
- Master’s degree (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or else).
- Solid experience in a similar role and project environment, ideally in the context of Oil & Gas, Process Engineering and/or Construction.
- You are an expert with the German law and have a solid network to the respective authorities and notified bodies.
- Excellent communication, planning and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex permitting processes and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (which includes MS Project)
- Perfect German and English language skills are required.
