Beware of fraudulent WhatsApp messages!

There are an increasing number of fraudulent WhatsApp messages in circulation in which company names are misused for dubious job offers. So far, there are no indications that the Onyx Circle name has been used for this purpose. Nevertheless, we would like to provide you with comprehensive information and urge you to exercise caution.

An important note: We only communicate via Swiss cell phone numbers. If you receive messages from foreign numbers claiming to be from Onyx Circle, it is highly likely to be an attempt to defraud you.

Procedure on receipt of a suspicious message:

Do not pass on any personal details: Do not share any personal information in response to such messages.
Contact: If you are unsure, please contact us directly.
Report the number to WhatsApp, remove the message and block the sender: It is advisable to report suspicious numbers to WhatsApp immediately. You should then remove the affected message and block the sender.
Documentation: A photo of the suspicious message can help to track and warn of such incidents.
