During my studies to become a business psychologist, I learned a lot about people and their motivation. Even then, I realized that choosing the right job is essential. For this reason, I then decided to pursue a career in recruitment, as I can have a positive influence on people and their careers. I have been doing this for almost three years now and I really enjoy the mutual exchange with both candidates and clients.

I am also currently completing further training in leadership, because it is also important to me that employees feel supported by suitable managers. In my private life, I am passionate about football, which I have been playing for more than 20 years now, as well as traveling and exploring new cultures, people and places.
