As early as 2000, directly after completing my studies in philosophy and sports science at the University of Leipzig, I started working in recruitment. For the first few years, I worked in an in-house function. In 2003, I was recruited by a consulting firm to set up a branch in Switzerland.

From 2007, I then specialized in the construction and real estate industry. This has enabled me to build up an extensive network in the construction and real estate industry through the numerous discussions I have had over the years. As a result, we are involved in strategic topics and trends a lot and at an early stage. This allows us to create synergies.

In addition, together with the co-founders Dominik Müller and Arianit Bytyqi, I run the company Onyx Circle, which was founded in 2019.
In my private life, I travel a lot with my three children and my wife. In addition, sports is an important topic in my everyday life.
